2.Danče, Dubrovnik

3.Sveta Marija, Mljet

Located within the Mljet National Park, Sveta Marija islet is another of the best snorkelling destinations in Croatia, located within the national park there is an abundance of fish and sea creatures to discover and see. The National Park is thriving with life, which covers the whole north-west of Mljet Island.
Salt Water and Fresh Water. The National Park and the surrounding ocean steeps into two saltwater lakes, which stretch for four kilometres. In the centre of the largest lake is Sveta Marija islet, this mix of saltwater and freshwater combined to make it an unusual place to snorkel with a large variety of both saltwater and freshwater marine life inhabiting the area. As a bonus, the water is often much warmer within the lakes than out in the ocean and you don't have to worry about waves either.
4.Skrivena Luka, Lastovo

Lastovo Island. Located 7NM south of Korcula Island is the unspoiled island and nature park of Lastovo. The collection of islands cover an area of 54 square km and is home to over 46 islands.
Skrivena Luka (Porto Rosso). Located on the southern edge of the Lastovo islands is the isolated Skrivena Luka (Porto Rosso), which is an area of the natural park, with protected animals and plants, meaning that the underwater environment is untouched and undisturbed. 5.Rasoha, Pelješac

Peljesac Peninsula. Located in the Peljesac peninsula the small bay of Rasoha is predominately isolated with only nature, the inaccessibility of reaching the area by land makes it a great place to visit by boat and is one of the best places to snorkel in Croatia.
Bura Winds. While Rasoha is one of the best places to snorkel in Croatia you should pay attention to the wind and snorkel close to the shoreline. The Bura winds can be strong in this area, especially from the north. Not only is this a great place to snorkel it is also an ideal place to explore nature and walk around the island, in nature.
6.Tarsce, Sveti Klement

Hvar Island. Located close to Hvar Island in the Pakleni archipelago, is a bay called Tarsce on Sveti Klement. This remote location is a great place to explore nature and go snorkelling. The area is the perfect place to relax in the quiet with no restaurants, no beach bars, or stores, just the ocean, and nature.
Snorkeling. The south of the bay is exposed but for the majority of the year, the weather and waters are calm and perfect for snorkelling. This is one of the best places to snorkel in Croatia, due to its calm nature and its close proximity to Hvar, making it a great place to stop on the way into or out of the island, on a yacht charter.
7.Kršine, Premantura

Kršine. Premantura and Kršine peninsula are idyllic places to snorkel, with a great seashore, cliff backshore lines, and a rocky seabed, which make it a great place to see underwater life. With marine life hiding and calling the rocks home, you can see for miles around and snorkel until your heart's content, at one of the best places to snorkel in Croatia. The peninsula offers views for miles around, including the lighthouse in Porer. Watch out for the current in these spots as occasionally it can become strong.
Kršine Beach. The beach is rocky with medium-sized rocks but it is still a great place to explore. There is also a famous Safari bar less than 50m from the beach to enjoy drinks, delicious food, and a great atmosphere after snorkelling.
8.Vanga, Brijuni islands

Brijuni Islands. The Croatia National Park includes the Brijuni islands, with their turquoise waters, clear water, and beautiful surroundings. These factors make it one of the best places to snorkel in Croatia, with calm waters, good visibility, and a sheltered location, ideal for all-weather.
Vanga. The Brijuni Islands are a collection of 14 islands, rich in nature, and are often considered some of the most beautiful islands in Croatia. Vanga Island has been closed for 38 years to the public, but is now open again for visitors, as the owner Marshal Tito has allowed access. While diving and fishing are banned in the area snorkelling and swimming are encouraged, with an abundance of marine life inhabiting the area, making it a great place to visit, as well as one of the best places to snorkel in Croatia.
