Cuba cabin charter
Sail the cayos and beaches off Cuba's southern coast, from Cienfuegos to Cayo Largo, with an experienced crew aboard.
The only way to see the best of Cuba is to sail
Cuba is changing, and it is time to come and see the last relics of Castro's Cuba before it changes for ever. Our team have sailed and visited Cuba many times and can share plenty of good advice. With the most beautiful part of the island lying off its southern coast, sailing really is the only way to see the best of Cuba, and on a cabin charter an experienced crew handles the boat while you explore its cayos, beaches and colonial cities.

1.Cayos and beaches
Located between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, Cuba is the largest country in the Caribbean. When Christopher Columbus discovered the island in 1492, he said it was the most beautiful land human eyes had ever seen.
The archipelago is made up of a principal island and multiple cayos and rocky islets. Cuba's stunning variety of landscapes, mixing mountains, agricultural valleys and endless sandy beaches, makes it a fascinating destination for sailors and other visitors alike.

2.Havana and culture
Cuban cities such as Trinidad, and above all the capital Havana, are renowned for the richness of their colonial architecture. UNESCO named both a Patrimony of Humanity in 1982 to preserve their buildings and history.
Cuba goes beyond a sailor's dreams, with a warm climate year-round, steady winds, unique natural beauty and open, friendly people. The island also has a reliable nautical infrastructure, well supported by the government.

3.History and heritage
About 20 marinas and nautical centres all around Cuba gladly welcome yachts under any flag and offer every possible service. The whole coast and the off-lying islands are fully accessible to the sailor, with one exception: Playa Giron, or the Bay of Pigs, scene of the ill-fated 1961 invasion to overthrow Fidel Castro.
Cienfuegos, where the charter base is located, is one of Cuba's largest and most prosperous cities. Filled with entertainment venues and eateries, it is a hub of activity for shopping and soaking up Cuban culture. From the base at Cienfuegos, there are two main island groups to explore along the southern shore of Cuba.

4.A cabin charter with an experienced crew
