Crewed Yacht Charter
Crewed Yacht Charter – Relaxing As Hard As you like
Crewed Yacht Charter
This option is not just used by those without qualifications, for many, having someone to take the burden of sailing when they wish to relax is enough reason to select this option. On some yachts, there is no option to sail the yacht yourself and comes with a permanent crew. In the main these yachts come very well equipped indeed and often have a very high standard of food on board. We highly recommend you call and talk to one of our very experience operators or fill out our quick enquiry here.
Skippered Yacht Charter
In the most basic form of this charter, you are provided with a skipper by the yacht charter company from around €100 a day upwards. The skipper take control of all the maneuvering and navigating the yacht and will normally be aided by the guests. The extent of this help largely depends on the guests who will only be expected to get involved at key moments, if at all, if they are not inclined. Or can opt to take on more if they wish.
The cost can range based on the type, size, age , location , equipment levels and time of year. The cheapest versions start at around $1,000 up to $20,000+
Fully Crewed Yachts
This ranges from adding extra crew to a skippered Yacht Charter, like a cook/chef and or a hostess, to a uniformed crew of 10+ including engineers, deck hands and waiting staff.
Superyachts with large crews start at around $45,000 to $500,000+ per week.
There is a wide availability if this type of charter as most bareboat yacht charters can be upgraded, whilst others are rented specifically in this market.
More than any other, the Crewed Yacht Charter market is vast and varied. From an intimate skippered sailing yacht for two, to your own 100′ Mega Yacht with a large crew.
