## General
Silver Fox is a 72-metre motor [yacht](/what-is-a-yacht/) built by the Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo and delivered in 2026. She is the first hull of the 74Steel series and, at the time of her delivery, represented Sanlorenzo's largest build to date. Naval architecture was developed in-house by Sanlorenzo, with exterior lines by Zuccon International Project. Interior design was created by Francesco Paszkowski Design in collaboration with Margherita Casprini. The hull is steel with an aluminium superstructure and a teak deck, with a gross tonnage of 1,946 GT across five decks.
Propulsion is provided by two Caterpillar diesel-electric engines, engineered in partnership with Siemens Energy. This system is reported to deliver approximately 50 per cent less fuel consumption compared with conventionally propelled yachts of a similar size, while also ensuring minimal vibration and quiet running. The arrangement frees up internal technical spaces, allowing for considerably larger recreational and wellness areas than are typical at this length.
The interior aesthetic, described by its designers as sculptural yet organic, uses a palette of warm neutral tones, soft creams, muted taupes and rich timber finishes. Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings natural light into the main saloon, where pale-caulked teak flows through the space. An Evogro hydroponic cabinet system provides yacht-grown produce on board.

## Accommodation & Crew
Silver Fox accommodates up to 12 charter guests across nine cabins. The owner's [cabin](/what-is-a-cabin/) occupies a dedicated deck above the bridge deck. The main deck is reserved for guests and includes lounge and dining areas alongside five en-suite staterooms. Additional guest cabins are arranged across the remaining decks.
Wellness amenities are a notable feature of the layout: a dedicated spa area includes a massage room, sauna, hammam and plunge pool. A glass-bottomed pool on the sun deck allows light to pass through to the beach club below. The beach club is complemented by a gym and beauty salon. A sports court with floodlights is positioned on the bow, suitable for pickleball, basketball or football. A movie theatre and elevator are also fitted.
Professional crew of 21 is included in the charter, handling all navigation, seamanship and on-board service. Guests do not sail the yacht themselves. A dedicated media team is among the crew complement. Two tender garages amidships house a 10-metre Pascoe limo tender and a crew tender. A touch-and-go helipad is fitted on deck.
## Location
Silver Fox operates in the Mediterranean. The French Riviera has featured prominently in her early charter programme, with the yacht having been active in the waters around Cannes and Cap d'Antibes since delivery. She sails under the Marshall Islands flag.

Good to know
- Licences
- None needed: this is a fully crewed charter. The professional crew hold all required licences, so no sailing qualifications or experience are required from your party.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation terms are operator-specific and disclosed in the charter contract before payment. As a rule, most Mediterranean operators retain the full charter fee within 30 days of departure; we recommend charter cancellation insurance (typically 4-5% of the charter fee).
