Anthea (MY Custom Anthea)

## General

Anthea is a 52-metre custom motor [yacht](/what-is-a-yacht/) built in 2021 by the Croatian shipyard Radez, based in Korčula, and operated by Odisej Ltd. The interior design is the work of Ania Grubisa, whose scheme makes use of walnut flooring, timber panelling, leather sofas, and blue armchairs throughout the saloon spaces, with panoramic windows and glass sliding doors on all levels. Following a refit in 2025, the yacht is based at ACI Marina Split.

Anthea is a flybridge superyacht measuring 52 metres in length and 8.5 metres in beam, powered by two Volvo engines producing 500 hp each, giving a cruising speed of 10 knots and a top speed of 12 knots. The layout runs across three principal decks. The upper deck aft lounge is a versatile social space fitted with sofas, a dining table for twenty, a barbecue, a backlit bar, and a pull-down projector and screen; a retractable glass partition connects it to the inner saloon, allowing the two areas to function as one larger event space. The bridge deck carries a sundeck jacuzzi with LED lighting and a surround sound system. The main deck saloon is light and airy, and the upper deck dining room includes a piano with wraparound windows. A gym with exercise equipment and a sauna sit on the main deck, with the option to convert the space for massage use.

A notable and well-documented feature of Anthea is her private organic garden, maintained just off the Adriatic coast and dedicated exclusively to the yacht. The garden supplies the onboard chef with seasonal vegetables, fruits, and herbs, supporting a garden-to-table dining approach that is considered distinctive on the Adriatic charter market. ## Accommodation & Crew

Anthea accommodates up to 20 guests across ten en-suite cabins. Four cabins are situated on the lower deck and six on the main deck. The [cabin](/what-is-a-cabin/) configuration comprises one master cabin and nine further double or VIP cabins; four of the ten can be converted to twin-bed arrangement to suit single guests or families with children. Each cabin measures between 22 and 28 square metres and is fitted with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, Smart TV, and intercom.

## Location

Anthea is based at ACI Marina Split on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia, one of the best-connected marina bases on the Adriatic. The central Dalmatian position provides straightforward access to the islands of Hvar, Brač, Šolta, and Vis to the south and west, as well as the UNESCO-listed historic core of Trogir a short distance to the north-west. From Split, itineraries can extend south along the Dalmatian coast to the Pelješac peninsula, Mljet National Park, and Dubrovnik, or north into the Šibenik archipelago and the Kornati islands. Montenegro is within range for extended programmes. The yacht is available for charter throughout the year on the Croatian Adriatic.
