Broker DescriptionAbout this yachtDescription supplied by the yacht's central agent

ACTA is an opulent yacht for charter, designed and built to the highest standards in yachting. She is an eco-friendly superyacht outfitted with green modernizations to ensure she is kind to the seas she cruises on. In 2020, ACTA underwent a $6.9-million refit, further enhancing her beauty and technical prowess. This included updates to her interior, a reconfigured galley and main-deck crew pantry, new paint, updated electrical systems, a new A/V system and a new A/C plant. ACTA is fully-equipped with all the modern amenities expected on a yacht of this caliber and promises a five-star charter experience to every guest that steps aboard. She was built utilizing lightweight aircraft technology ensuring a shallow draft, perfect for cruising The Bahamas.

ACTA’s rich interior showcases a beautiful blend of woods ranging from black walnut and sycamore to eucalyptus and myrtle burl. The charter yacht’s main salon is extremely spacious and offers plenty of seating with two couches on either side and four armchairs. The dramatic spiral staircase in the main foyer takes full advantage of the vertical windows and leads to the lower deck. Custom-made Tai Ping carpets and silk panels are seen throughout ACTA with touches of rich teal and blue colors that pay homage to the sea. The centerpiece, however, of the charter yacht’s main deck is the spectacular four-person circular elevator that sits atop custom-laid fish-scale wood flooring. ACTA’s formal dining area forward features large wraparound windows and a 12-person oval dining table. This serves as the dream dining destination while onboard where guests can enjoy delectable meals while engulfed in luxury. The charter yacht’s Club Lounge offers 270-degree views and acts as a nice lounge space for guests with rich navy blue armchairs. Etched glass doors and seventeen types of granites and marble are used throughout the yacht creating an atmosphere centered around luxury.

Charter yacht ACTA comfortably welcomes 10 guests in five beautifully-appointed cabins and 10 total crewmembers. The entire bridge deck is dedicated to the principal charterer. There is an aft-facing king-size bed and 180-degree views of the surrounding cruising grounds. The suite is tranquil with tons of natural light, fluted columns and curved floor-to-ceiling doors contributing to the classic ambiance. A private owner’s deck features a two-person Jacuzzi with settees on either side. On the port side is an intimate lounge area with a couch and TV. This stateroom is the epitome of luxurious comfort. On the lower deck are four cabins comprising two identical double cabins with king-size beds and two identical twin cabins.

Licences
None needed: this is a fully crewed charter. The professional crew hold all required licences, so no sailing qualifications or experience are required from your party.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are operator-specific and disclosed in the charter contract before payment. As a rule, most Mediterranean operators retain the full charter fee within 30 days of departure; we recommend charter cancellation insurance (typically 4-5% of the charter fee).
