Warm Temperatures. September is the end of the summer season in Croatia, with the temperature starting to cool down. The average temperature for sailing in Croatia in September is between 18c and 22c.

While the weather temperature decreases the sea temperature takes longer to cool down and the sea averages 23c through September becomes cooler by the end of October.
