Yachtsman Sailing Travel Insurance, is a specialist type of insurance that covers sailors when away on their sailing holidays, adventures, or even working.

We can’t warrant policies will meet your needs nor recommend policies, but we can say that they are an important feature of a stress free sail, and do recommend that you do have cover. Many standard travel insurance policies have exclusions for sailing that you should be careful to avoid.  Specialist policies also have provisions you would struggle to find on a generic travel policy, for instance, how many standard insurance policies will cover you for being heli-lifted off your boat?
