## General
Black Swan is a 49-metre custom motor [yacht](/what-is-a-yacht/), built in Croatia in 2018 by Odisej Ltd and comprehensively refitted in 2024. The refit renewed her interior spaces, entertainment systems, and technical equipment throughout. Registered under the Croatian flag, she is classified as a mini-cruiser and operates as a small passenger vessel under Croatian maritime regulations, a classification that permits her to carry more than twelve guests on private charters. Her hull is steel with an aluminium superstructure, a combination that provides structural rigidity while keeping topside weight low. Twin 500 hp engines give a cruising speed of around 10 knots and a maximum of 12 knots. Both at-anchor and underway stabilisers are fitted. The operator is Odisej Ltd, the same Croatian yard responsible for her construction.
## Accommodation & Crew
Black Swan accommodates up to 20 guests across 10 en-suite cabins. The layout comprises three master suites, each positioned on a separate deck, five VIP staterooms, and two further cabins configurable as either doubles or twins, offering flexibility for mixed or multi-generational groups. A multipurpose room on the lower deck can serve as a single [cabin](/what-is-a-cabin/), a children's playroom, a media lounge, or an office, depending on the requirements of the charter party. All ten guest cabins have private bathroom facilities.
The main deck saloon and dining area connect directly to the aft deck, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The interior also features a library nook, a cigar and whiskey corner, an upright piano, and a dedicated indoor cinema on the lower deck. On deck, the flybridge carries a Jacuzzi and sun loungers. A gym with exercise equipment, a Finnish sauna, and a massage room with an adjoining bathroom are available for guest use. Water toys, a bathing platform, teak decking, air conditioning, WiFi, a watermaker, an ice maker, and a generator complete the onboard inventory.
## Location
Black Swan is based at ACI Marina Split on the central Dalmatian coast of Croatia. Split is a well-established departure point for the Adriatic, giving direct access to the islands of Hvar, Brač, Šolta, and Vis to the south and west, the Kornati archipelago to the north, and the historic walled city of Dubrovnik further south along the coast. The island of Korčula and the Pelješac peninsula are also within comfortable range. Northern and central Adriatic itineraries are available as alternatives to the classic Split-to-Dubrovnik route. Croatia's Adriatic coastline combines sheltered anchorages, historic towns, clear water, and a well-developed marina network, making it one of the most practical large-group cruising destinations in the Mediterranean. Charter rates are from {price_from}, plus [APA](/advanced-provisioning-allowance-apa/) and local tax, shown in full.
