Oriy is a 49.98-metre motor [yacht](/what-is-a-yacht/) built in 2026 by Croatian shipyard Radež d.d. and conceived as a purpose-built charter vessel. The project was developed under the direction of Ante Ercegović, a seventh-generation Croatian captain and yacht entrepreneur whose previous custom builds include Navilux and Omnia (formerly Aiaxaia). Naval architecture was designed by Ivana Peko of Naval Design Solutions in collaboration with Ercegović, while exterior styling was created by Nauta d.o.o. The yacht measures 8.95 metres in beam and draws 2.45 metres, with a gross tonnage of 499 GT. Construction used a steel Grade A hull and aluminium superstructure, with traditional iroko wood laid across the decks. Twin Caterpillar diesel engines deliver a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 16 knots, with a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 10 knots. The central charter agency partnership is held jointly by Otium Yachts and CharterWorld.

### Interior & exterior spaces

The main salon features a round sofa arrangement alongside a formal dining area, with expansive windows drawing in natural light and sea views. Above, a skylounge provides a bar, lounge seating and entertainment systems. On the aft main deck, a beach club and swimming platform give direct access to the water. The upper deck carries alfresco dining for up to 12 guests alongside lounge seating, and the sundeck is fitted with a Jacuzzi, sunbathing areas and a barbecue. Additional amenities include a fully equipped gym and a private sauna. Water toys carried on board include Seabobs, electric foils, paddleboards and kayaks. Oriy accommodates up to 12 guests across six en-suite cabins. The full-beam master suite, approximately 46 square metres, includes a private side balcony and a dedicated office. A VIP cabin of approximately 40 square metres features a walk-in wardrobe, and four further guest cabins complete the layout. All cabins are air-conditioned.
