Mandatory Starter Pack for Catamaran (Linens, Towels, dinghy, outboard, cleaning, admnistrative fees)

✔ ESPAÑOL (ENLISH BELOW) Condiciones Particulares A los precios ofertados hay que añadir para pagar directamente en Base los starter pack obligatorios (Sábanas, toallas, Auxiliar con motor fueraborda): 375€ para veleros 475€ para catamaranes 37 pies 675€ para embarcaciones mayores a 37 pies El coste del diesel es a cargo del Cliente: en caso de repostaje por Setsail el precio litro: 1,78 €/l La embarcación se entrega y recoge en el puerto base de Valencia Mar En caso de avería en la embarcación de elementos no imprescindibles para la seguridad en la navegación, el Armador no garantiza la reparación de los mismos hasta la vuelta a Puerto Base. Horarios: Ver horarios en la “Booking Confirmation” o Anexo1 del presente contrato. Pernocta última noche posible según disponibilidades a consultar en Base Las opciones de traslado/acompañamiento a Ibiza u otras localidades no están garantizadas por el armador hasta que pueda confirmarse la viabilidad según parte Meteorológico El Cliente es responsable de solicitar los permisos necesarios para embarque/desembarque en cualquier puerto diferente al Puerto Base. Sin el permiso de la Capitanía correspondiente, no está permitido el embarque/desembarque en ningún puerto diferente al Puerto Base. En caso de aviso de temporal antes de la salida del Chárter, se buscarán nuevas fechas dentro de la disponibilidad de embarcaciones En caso de aviso de temporal después de la salida del Charter, el arrendatario estará obligado a volver a puerto base si así se lo requiere el arrendatario. La desobediencia a esta orden supone la pérdida de la fianza aunque no haya habido daños. En caso de alquiler bareboat (sin capitán) la presente oferta no estará confirmada hasta aceptación por nuestra parte de la licencia de navegación y currículum de experiencia náutica del Patrón propuesto por el Cliente. Las pérdidas de elementos se cobrarán según: Bichero 75 €/u, Colchonetas catamarán 650 €/u, Amarra: 35 €/u, Defensa: 45 €/u, Radio portátil 195 €/u, Cable de 220V 250€/u Las reparaciones de daños embarcación se cobrarán: Rasponazo gel-coat: 250 €/u, Rasponazo hasta fibra de vidrio: 625 €/u, atranque de WC: 475 €/u, otros trabajos: 38 €/h operario, Secado y lavado por caída de cable de 220V al agua: 125€/u. Estos precios serán rebajados si los daños son avisados por el Cliente antes de empezar el Checkout En caso de extrema suciedad (ejemplos concretos: grasa acumulada en hornos o planchas, entradas de agua de mar en cabinas, colchones húmedos, basura acumulada, etc..) se cobrará extra adicional de limpieza de 450€ para catamaranes y 225€ para veleros Gastos de reflotamiento en caso de varada o remolque (por causa ajena al mantenimiento de la embarcación) serán pagados `por el Cliente Cancelación y Devoluciones: Cancelaciones por el Cliente 100% reembolso de lo pagado hasta 3 meses antes del embarque 40% reembolso de lo pagado entre 3 meses y 1 mes antes del embarque 0% reembolso de lo pagado a menos de 1 mes del embarque Cancelaciones por Setsail: 100% reembolso de lo pagado, poniendo fin así a cualquier otra reclamación del Cliente, incluyendo pero no limitando a: pérdida de vacaciones, pérdida de lucro cesante, billetes o noches de hotel Los catamaranes Aventura 37 Ilusión y Manalua están en venta por parte del inversor. En caso de que se produjese una venta que afectase a una reserva, se ofrecería el otro catamarán si está disponible. En lo relativo a la venta, las reservas quedan 100% garantizadas a menos de 1 mes de la fecha de embarque ✔ENGLISH (ESPAÑOL ARRIBA) Special Conditions The prices quoted do not include the mandatory starter packs (sheets, towels, dinghy with outboard motor), payable directly at the base: €375 for sailboats €475 for 37-foot catamarans €675 for boats over 37 feet The cost of diesel is the responsibility of the client: if refueling via Setsail, the price is €1.78/liter. The boat is delivered and picked up at the Valencia Mar home port. In the event of damage to non-essential items on the boat, the owner does not guarantee their repair until the boat returns to the home port. Schedules: See schedules in the “Booking Confirmation” or Annex 1 of this contract. Last night's stay possible subject to availability; please inquire at the Base. Transfer/escort options to Ibiza or other locations are not guaranteed by the owner until feasibility can be confirmed based on the weather forecast. The client is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits for embarkation/disembarkation at any port other than the Base Port. Without the corresponding Port Authority's permit, embarkation/disembarkation is not permitted at any port other than the Base Port. In the event of a storm warning before the charter departure, new dates will be sought based on vessel availability. In the event of a storm warning after the charter departure, the charterer will be obligated to return to the Base Port if requested by the charterer. Disobedience of this order will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, even if no damage has occurred. In the case of bareboat charters (without a skipper), this offer will not be confirmed until we have accepted the navigation license and nautical experience resume of the skipper proposed by the client. Losses of items will be charged as follows: Boat hook €75/unit, Catamaran cushions €650/unit, Mooring line: €35/unit, Fender: €45/unit, Portable radio €195/unit, 220V cable €250/unit. Repairs of vessel damage will be charged as follows: Gel-coat scratch: €250/unit, Scratch down to fiberglass: €625/unit, Toilet blockage: €475/unit, Other work: €38/hour for the operator, Drying and washing after a 220V cable fell into the water: €125/unit. These prices will be reduced if the damage is reported by the Client before checkout begins. In case of extreme dirt (specific examples: accumulated grease in ovens or griddles, seawater ingress in cabins, damp mattresses, accumulated garbage, etc.), an additional cleaning fee of €450 for catamarans and €225 for sailboats will be charged. Relaunching costs in case of grounding or towing (due to causes unrelated to vessel maintenance) will be paid by the Client. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations by the Client: 100% refund of payments made up to 3 months before embarkation 40% refund of payments made between 3 months and 1 month before embarkation 0% refund of payments made less than 1 month before embarkation Cancellations by Setsail: 100% refund of payments made, thus ending any other claim by the Client, including but not limited to: loss of vacation, loss of profit Unemployment benefits, tickets, or hotel nights The catamarans Aventura 37 Ilusión and Manalua are for sale by the investor. Should a sale occur that affects a reservation, the other catamaran will be offered if available. In regards to the sailing topic, those reservations with boarding date in less than 1 month are 100% confirmed.
